5.  What if I want to change the photo that I uploaded with one of my songs?

A.  Since we allow you upload a unique photo with each song, in order to change it to a different photo you will need to delete the song from your Sound Booth.  Then, simply re-upload the song with the new photo that you desire. 

6. Why does it say that I have reached the maximum storage capacity of my Sound Booth?  How can I upload more songs?

A.  Your free membership allows 3 uploads.  In order to upload more songs, you can either become a VIP member which allows up to 35 song uploads, or you can purchase a WWSWA Track Pak.  The Track Pak allows you to upload an additional 5 songs for only $5.  To purchase a Track Pak, simply click the link provided in your personal Sound Booth.

7.  Can I pay for my VIP membership by check or money order?

A.  The WWSWA prefers membership payment via credit card or electronic check.  This allows us to keep our data up to date and allows user memberships to be renewed automatically.  All payments are accepted through a secure server by 2Checkout.com, one of the most widely used and well respected payment processors on the internet.  We will accept check or money order if necessary.  Please contact us here for instructions on VIP upgrade by check or money order.

8.  How can I advertise my site or product on the WWSWA website?

A.  If you are interested in advertising on the WWSWA site, contact our advertising department and they will happy to assist you.  We offer several different advertising options which are both effective and affordable.  If you wish to sell your cd through the WWSWA site, we offer that service free to our VIP members.

9.  What if I have other questions, concerns, or suggestions regarding the World Wide Songwriters Association?

A.  We always welcome member questions and or suggestions.  Feel free to contact us at any time with your questions, ideas, concerns, important news or anything else that you feel we can help you with.  We are here, working hard for you the writers, and want to make the WWSWA the very best it can be.  Send us an email and someone will get back with you as soon as possible. 

To cancel a VIP member account, contact us and provide your username, email address used when subscribing, and a short reason for canceling your account.  This helps us better serve songwriters.  Thank You!
