I have been into music as a listener, performer, and production all my life. My early memories are of singing in the cherub choir and children’s choir at my parent’s church. As I grew, I was in the youth choir, other groups, and also sang solos in church. In high school some friends and I formed a group that went to local hospitals and performed for the pediatric ward.
As a teen and young adult I would spend many hours listening to music and singing and would enjoy making new verses and lyrics to songs I knew. I have always loved to adapt songs, either melody or lyric, to something new or different.
In recent years, I purchased a cheap guitar and have found an outlet for the music that has been playing in my heart and head. I am leader of a men’s chorale at my church and we have performed several original songs that I have written.
I am currently employed in the distribution side of the retail industry. I am married and my wife and I minister in the divorce care ministry with the children. We have a son in the navy and a granddaughter.
